RETURN CRITERIA

We accept returns within thirty days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your order confirmation) for most items in new condition—you just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Simply Chic is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

These items are final sale and cannot be returned: Special Occasion Dresses, Accessories (Jewelry, belts, hats+hair, sunglasses, scarves, bags, & intimates), gift cards and Sale Items. 

 

EASY U.S. RETURNS

Returns for a refund to your original payment method will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Make sure your return meets our Return Criteria
  2. Please email sales@shopsimplychic.com that you would like to return your item, please include your full name, the product you are returning, the reason for your return and your receipt number.
  3. Please allow 1 - 4 business days for a response that will include a shipping label.
  4. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
  5. Drop off at your nearest USPS location.

 

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

 

 

RETURNS TO THE STORE LOCATION

Online purchases can be exchanged at our store location. You must have your packing slip and all items must be in new, unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
