Simply Chic strives to offer you great designer merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.
Returning a gift?
If you received a gift and want to return it, we will send you a return
form upon request. Please complete the Gift Recipient section on the return
form that's included in every order. We can either refund the credit card
used to purchase the gift or you may use the refund for shop credit.
